Frequently Asked Questions

Our delivery days are Mondays and Thursdays. The timer on the top of the website corresponds with the delivery deadline for the upcoming delivery date. Upon your delivery, our drivers will send you a text message saying that your items have been delivered.

For Monday Delivery:

Order between 12 pm Tuesday to 12 pm Friday.

For Thursday Delivery

Order between 4 pm Friday to 8 am Tuesday.

Please send us an email at myomealsprep@gmail.com and we will quickly resolve your issue.

A one time order will only charge you one time for one delivery date. If you want to try out and see if you like the meals, this is the best option to choose.

A recurring order will be enabled when you select a “package” of meals. This will give you a discount on your order. You will be able to modify the order weekly before the deadline or else it will automatically send a rotation of meals.
