Our delivery days are Mondays and Thursdays. The timer on the top of the website corresponds with the delivery deadline for the upcoming delivery date. Upon your delivery, our drivers will send you a text message saying that your items have been delivered.

For Monday Delivery:

Order between 12 pm Tuesday to 12 pm Friday.

For Thursday Delivery

Order between 4 pm Friday to 8 am Tuesday.

A one time order will only charge you one time for one delivery date. If you want to try out and see if you like the meals, this is the best option to choose.

A recurring order will be enabled when you select a “package” of meals. This will give you a discount on your order. You will be able to modify the order weekly before the deadline or else it will automatically send a rotation of meals.

Our menus can be customized for headcount, timing, and dietary preferences, with labeled, individually packaged or family-style tray options. Plus, we deliver catering orders in and around Chicagoland, dropping meals off on time and ready to serve.

Yes. Our Sports Catering team fuels athletes across Chicagoland with high-protein, performance-focused meals, and:

  • We deliver athlete meals for practices, game days, and tournaments, bringing orders to stadiums, fields, gyms, and elsewhere. 
  • We can tailor meals for different phases and needs, from pre-game energizers to post-game refuels and recovery-focused options.
  • We can customize meals to fit specific dietary (and allergy) restrictions.

Ideally, book at least a week (5 to 7 days) ahead of the date you’ll need your order.

For large events or multi-day tournaments, you’ll want to book catering at least 2 weeks in advance. This lead time can be essential to:

  • Dialing in menus
  • Sourcing high-quality ingredients
  • Coordinating delivery windows and staffing
  • Ensuring proper packaging and labeling for dietary needs. 

Keep in mind that last-minute catering orders can often be accommodated (but not always). So, please don’t hesitate to reach out with an urgent request, specifying your needs, and we’ll reply ASAP.
